I had such a great first experience at the salon, and glad I found Liliana!
I arrived a little early since it was my first time visiting, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The receptionist/salon manager greeted me with a warm smile and offered me water and coffee. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, what I wanted to achieve with my hair, and even chatted with me while we waited for my appointment to begin. That level of hospitality immediately made me feel comfortable.

Then I met Liliana, and she was amazing! She was efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She really understood my hair goals and made recommendations based on what would help me achieve the look I wanted while also prioritizing the health of my hair.

I had a sew-in with leave-out and brought my own hair. Liliana mentioned that many of her clients purchase their hair directly from the salon as well, so next time I’ll definitely consider doing that. She also encouraged me to try a closure for my next sew-in to help me maintain and protect my natural hair and achieve my desired hair health.

I’m already looking forward to my next appointment in about two months! I’ll definitely be trying the sew-in with a closure next time. Naomi truly worked wonders on my hair, and I’m so happy with the results.
