If you no-show, your deposit will be forfeited as per our policy. It's important to inform us if you cannot attend.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, so please plan accordingly.

Arrivals over 15 minutes late will result in a $50 forfeiture of your deposit. Please allow enough time to arrive.

All deposits are non-refundable as stated in our policy. This applies no matter the circumstances of cancellation.

You can reschedule by contacting us directly. However, please note the same cancellation policy applies to reschedules.

Deposits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder who made the original appointment.
