Timing varies by braid size, density, and hair length. Simple braids often take 1.5 to 3 hours; more intricate or longer styles can take 4+ hours. We’ll provide an estimated appointment duration when you book or during your consultation.
Basic braids work well on short to long hair, though length affects style and price. Hair at least 1-2 inches may be required for grip; very short hair may need added extensions for certain looks.
You can bring preferred synthetic or human hair extensions, but it's not required. Our salon supplies extensions for an additional fee when requested. Remember the $25 booking or prepayment policy applies; fees are non-refundable and cover appointment reservation.
Wash and fully dry your hair 24 hours before your appointment, detangling thoroughly and avoiding heavy oils or conditioners. Lightly moisturized hair is fine. Bring inspiration photos and any extensions you want used to streamline consultation and styling.
Base price covers simple braids only; final cost depends on braid complexity, size, and hair length. Additional charges may apply for extensions, added time, or product use. A $25 booking (or prepayment for under $50) is required and non-refundable.
